Agree 100% - what they achieved could have been us last season but we failed in both finals and they did not. If I were a scummer fucker - I would also gloat about it. For people saying they would prefer this to our season, take a look at the circumstances. They just showed that they are a year behind us, and are on their way to the second season of Mourinho. While we will add quality that will lift us for long term future success, Mourinho will add players that can win him something next year. He will gladly sacrify the development of young players like Rashford for another trophy. And he will probably win the League Cup or so next year while his squad and owners start to get a little bit tired of him blaming every one else for the lack of progress in the League, the losses in first elimination round in CL and looking like a Pulis team all over. When he gets fired in November the season after they will carry the heaviest wage bill ever while lurking around in Europa League once again playing in Turkmenistan with overpaid overaged primadonnas hating him just as much as he hates them, while we like to the next generation of superstars while Barcelona hates the fact we were only 2nd seeded in CL so they have to face us.
