Coloccini and Cabaye

Coloccini was unfortunate. That happens. Cabaye should have been sent off... But okay, he is able to face United so I can live with that also.

Who gives a fuck? It's not like they're missing games against us. The suspension system is hugely flawed in that respect.

When was the last time we "won some"?
Today. Barrys sending off was very harsh. Or in the Newcastle game when there was NO foul on Agger for the second Bellamy goal. Or in every other game ever.

Fuck me, cabayes wasn't even bad. Football is a Fanny's game now.

As Andy said, if Barry's 2nd today was a booking, football is going down the pan.

Quite. The "woe is us" attitude we show on occasion is a bit sickening.
Its fucking pathetic (not a reflection on Hals very tame post obv).

It used to be just Andy Gray who was against us. Now its every single person involved in football. Fucking crybabys.

We ain't good enough and there arent many who will admit that.

I'd assume everyone knows we aren't the only saving grace is that Arsenal and Chelsea ain't much better.

Andy this harsh stance of yours annoys me a bit. I've noticed a few others have adopted this stance too.

People aren't trying to blame these little occurrences for all our problems but it is okay to be frustrated by them. Not the Cabaye and Collicini one btw (not arsed here), but hitting the cross bar, missing pen's, poor decisions, etc are very frustrating. People come on to an internet forum, a liverpool forum, a safe house, a sanctuary where we can air and vent these frustrations. People should be allowed vent about it. Our team continuing to hit the wood work IS frustrating, missing 4 from 5 penalties and dropping points IS annoying. It does cost us points. I'm not under all illusions to think that it masks our own limitations or anything silly like that but as a stand alone point it is frustrating.

If I have a bad day at work because of a fuck up I did then i'd feel entitled to have a moan to the sympathetic ears of friends, wives, girlfriend whatever. If I have a bad day at work because someone else made a fuck up then I will feel hard done which would lead me to moan. We are all guilty of it. Yeah okay, perhaps repeating it ad nauseum will be annoying but I think those venting have just cause.

Just saying is all dude. x.
Im not even really talking about in game stuff mate. But yeah I do wish a lot of people would man the fuck up (if you want to talk in game).
Should it have been a free kick when Bellamy scored? Should Barry have been sent off? Should Rodwell have been sent off? etc etc
You get some you dont get some.
And we dont keep hitting the posts because we are unlucky or karmically fucked, we do because we arent good enough to put it between the fuckers.
Liverpool fans have become really fucking whiney, and I come on here, a haven, a safe place, to see us being proud Liverpool fans who stand up and be counted, not fucking cry about the FA or Fergie, or Crossbars, or fucking beachballs or any other shite that half our fans wail and fucking moan about every five minutes.
Yagemme?

The beach ball was ridiculous though 😉

I agree wih you a million percent about the post thing though. It's not unlucky, it's inaccurate.

@ Oncy, I hear ya man. I'm like that too but those venting should be allowed whinge and moan in a football forum. It's not small time to frustrated by hitting the wood work or missing pen's or complaining about a beachball. It is small time if people use these to mask our real problems but not everyone is doing that.

Not moving the goal posts but you constantly moan at the fact Maxi isn't starting. I feel strongly about this too and air my frustrations at it also. We aren't told to shut up or 'woe is me'. You moan about Maxi, others moan about Cross bars and our poor decisions. Yeah we win some we lose some but venting our frustrations in a football forum is like breathing to some.
Not playing Maxi is a choice that we are in control of and I would defend anyones right to moan about team selection even though I may or may not agree. There are NO similarities between that and moaning about a referees decisions in game that we are in NO control of.
Im sorry buddy but I cannot agree.

I only brought Maxi into it to show we all guilty of moaning dude. It's a common occurrence here. If people feel hard done by cause we keep hitting the post then let em man. That's all I was alluding to.

I find it frustrating (and funny btw) that we keep hitting the wood work or that we we've missed a few pens. I don't let it cloud my judgements on our limitations or our poor finishing but its still frustrating as a stand alone matter.

Peace out.

🙂

Yeah I never bought into the Andy Gray thing, nor do I think Alex Ferguson controls the world, although there are instances where he clearly gets a bias. We don't seem to be getting the rub of the green really, and the woodwork thing is down to poor finishing and weird coincidence. I've never known a team to hit the woodwork so much, it's freakish. But obviously that's nothing to do with anybody being against us.

I found the Suarez finger thing and the failure to control the players charges wholly inconsistent, however. I don't really know how they can justify charging us with that, when there's been so many instances in the past gone unpunished. I think that's more down to general incompetence and idiocy of the FA.

That Cabaye tackle was disgraceful, though, so I have to disagree with Piedro.

Barry's sending off could be justified if he had committed several fouls and it was a result of accumulation. But I only saw the second half so I don't really know.
