City drew 2-2 ...
Lyon has two absolutely CLASS CMs in N'Dombele and Auorar ... We should be all over those two - they'll both be fucking stars.

It's early ... and we were linked with Auorar or whatever his name is already ... There's no way we're not aware of him if we were trying to get Fekir.

Look at the price we paid for all three of our attackers. They were not considered the absolute best of the best when we bought them.
 
Aouar is quality. We should sign him, and he can be the Silva / De Bruyne type our midfield badly needs for the next 5 years.

Yes thought .. N'Dombele was excellent .. he is the guy we need. He just drives forward.

You could argue Pulisic hasn't truly "broken out" yet – his rumored massive fee is based on the obvious potential and also commercial potential in the US, but he's actually lost his starting place to the 18-year-old Jaden Sancho this season and has only 4 starts and 1 goal to show for his efforts so far. When (or if) he starts scoring in double-figures his fee will surely reach Coutinho/Dembele levels.

Chilwell has "broken out" in terms of cementing a regular starting place, but still he only has 1 assist or something for the whole season? There are still a couple of levels up he can go, considering his attacking potential. I would try to get an agreement to buy him in the summer ASAP; this would be a massive upgrade on Moreno and he could potentially play on LW alongside Robertson.

I like Aouar very, very much. His passing and dribbling style is uncannily similar to Coutinho – but he's a tougher and more diligent defender. He is exactly the kind of midfielder with guile and guts that we need to make Klopp's new more possession-oriented style work.

I wrote about him a few times before; although I didn't do a full-blown analysis yet, as we have not been linked that strongly.

Its always the next two players, the next two midfielders.......

I thought Keita and Fabinho were meant to be world class.

They may both turn out to be ... but that doesn't mean we shouldn't be looking at other potential players.
 
However it is total dung that we spent over 100m on midfielders in the summer, and yet we started with three who were here last year, including Henderson.
