I really like the look of the kid based upon that YouTube clips and a play through of Football Manager I did, so we should sign him.

On a more serious note, it does look like he has the ability to run at defences with pace, and get in behind, two qualities I love in an attacking player, he'll clearly be a massive improvement on Ibe, and we can easily afford the deal as we're loaded, I hope we up the offer and get the deal down.
