If ever we need to get some talented players, assuming the Premier League doesn't take a few month break in light of Covid, France is place we should be looking at.

Who should we be looking at? I know @dmishra mentioned some young Lyon kid ...

After all Platini's efforts to emasculate the Premier League while trying elevate French Football (FFP and all that), it has all come to this. Even PSG doesn't look that convincing.
