Real shame we don't have a goal or two advantage going into this, the least we deserved.

We don't really do defending or keeping it tight in general so best just to go for it like normal.

Tough, tough ask but lets give it a go. Hate them cockney rentboy bastards, horrible Club from top to bottom (spits)

No idea who he is and hardly a stretch to name the same team as the first leg. Claiming this is tomorrows team:

I am really excited about this game. Our team is a pleasure to watch again.
I admire the enthusiasm, but disagree somewhat.

Some of our play is a pleasure to watch, but without the end result & goals to show, plus a question mark remaining over our defence, it becomes stressful & takes away from that good play.

We've laughed at arsenal fans for years for doing exactly that, lauding their style of play whilst ignoring the lack of real end result.

True but they had a striker. Sterling is just keeping it warm for studge.

Personally I think a lot of the questions over our defense have been answered, I'm really liking the three at the back set up with Can, Skrtel and Sakho. You're right though, we have to get results, which for the most part we are doing, we've just draw a few too many.

If we come really close, how come they'll "easily" dispose of us? Has to be one or the other, surely.

FWIW my money's on option 1. They're the favourites obv, but I reckon we'll run them close all right and have a genuine chance of upsetting the odds.

I mean that we'll be in top gear and just fail by not taking our chances or not being strong enough at the back or in midfield. They will control the game and beat us. They will score two tonight. We might not score one.

I'm not confident at all based on the fact of they'll be desperate for a result now and will work their balls off.
All we can ask for is that we play against them like we did last week.

Confirmed team: Mignolet, Can, Skrtel, Sakho, Lucas, Henderson, Moreno, Markovic, Gerrard, Coutinho, Sterling.
subs: Ward, Johnson, Lovren, Lambert, Lallana, Allen, Balotelli

Team to face Liverpool: Courtois; Ivanovic, Zouma, Terry (c), Filipe Luis; Matic, Fabregas; Willian, Oscar, Hazard; Diego Costa

Tonight's subs: Cech, Azpilicueta, Cahill, Ake, Ramires, Remy and Drogba

Very attacking line up from Chelsea that, on the flip side, it gives Gerrard and Coutinho much more space to exploit, I can see this being an excited game. Interesting that Cahill got the chop, maybe Mourinho wasn't happy with how Sterling stood him up.

Did he play against Bradford ? If he did that is more likely the reason. Who the hell is Zouma ? Is he a possible weak link ?

He was a promising up and coming young defender they bought last January for about £12million. I think some compared him to Sakho, but slightly earlier in his development, personally I've never seen him, but couldn't say, but I'd hazard a guess he's not as good as the very good Cahill.

Cahill's not in a good vein of form at the moment, but I too rate him (and haven't been over-impressed with Zouma). Could be a good omen.

Thierry Henry is fantastic, after everything Jamie Redknapp says Henry basically goes "Errr, actually, no".

They've got the worst fans. Plastic fucking cunts. Still singing about Stevie.

Come on you Reds! Lets win this fucking game!
