They remind me of an old Eric Morecambe routine, when he'd keep insulting a guest celebrity until they'd storm off, leaving Eric with a puzzled expression, saying, 'Who's upset them??' Cundy and Jacobs are always sneering about Liverpool, and then act as if they can't understand why some Liverpool fans bite back.

Normally I'd just suggest fans ignore him, but have a look at the start of this, and Cundy's utter lack of self-awareness, and I suspect you'll be fighting a desperate desire to seek him out and punch him:
