Carra v Cundy

So was I when I first listened to it. Like the bit when Carra couldn't remember him being a player or was just a fan.

That tiresome tit played a mere 41 times for Chelsea in FOUR years, and then became a journeyman player for innumerable other clubs, but he still poses for pictures wearing a Chelski shirt and acts as if he's some kind of club legend. Total idiot. Him and the almost as ghastly Andy Jacobs are TalkSport's Chelski mega bores. They remind me of an old Eric Morecambe routine, when he'd keep insulting a guest celebrity until they'd storm off, leaving Eric with a puzzled expression, saying, 'Who's upset them??' Cundy and Jacobs are always sneering about Liverpool, and then act as if they can't understand why some Liverpool fans bite back.

Normally I'd just suggest fans ignore him, but have a look at the start of this, and Cundy's utter lack of self-awareness, and I suspect you'll be fighting a desperate desire to seek him out and punch him:

I'd never heard of him before I read this shite.

Me neither, I just assumed he was another London hack who'd talked his way onto the radio.

Liverpool fans are bitter, twisted.. blah blah. Sorry mate, it's your sacked ex-manager who mentions the "ghost goal" in every interview.

Townsend, Hoddle, Gullit, Desailly, Ray Wilkins

There's tonnes of former Chelsea men in the media. As usual Mourinho opens his trap and some people fall over themselves to agree.

Also didn't even realise Cunty was a footballer

Mourinho conveniently ignores the fact that if the referee hadn't adjudged the ball had crossed the line, he would have awarded a penalty and sent Cech off.

Which is why the Chelsea players didn't protest at the time.

They can't help themselves. Last week, for example, there was some competition giving away a Liverpool shirt signed by the 1977 team. Andy Jacobs growls, 'yeah, great, I suppose it'd do for washing the car'. Then he gets a few tweets and starts whining he's being attacked by horrid scousers. I mean, don't these twats understand causal connections? They always seem to think they're being victimised without any reason. Cundy launches into an anti-LFC rant every other day and then wonders why he gets all these LFC fans attacking him. They're not being disingenuous, they genuinely don't get it.

I've never heard of him so don't give a fuck. There's shit loads of might-have-beens I can't keep up.

He also has to suffer the indignity of having an ex-wife, celebrity chav Lizzie Cundy, who is better-known than he is.

The sight of them all gut laughing at Mourinho's joke in Chelsea shirts. How embarrassing.
