Need some general advice on good areas to buy property in London (normal prices ca. GBP250,000 not Mayfair prices) ! Not exact properties just good, green, areas offering a safe lifestyle (for London). Apartments or houses can be considered.
Just as important are knowing which areas to avoid. Will the 2012 Olympics have a great effect (positive / negative) on the vicinity you have mentioned ?
Our daughter has graduated from a Uni in West London and will be working all over London so the exact area is not as important as easy access to transportation and good leasing / capital gain prospects if she decides to move away from London.
