Like he has some sort of ability but not at the top level. Needs more space and time for his predictable patterns. Might do better in a weaker league. Some sort of a good physical ability but with very predictable patterns. An error a scouting team focused too much on more easily measurable + physical variables would make.

ps All variables are measurable to the exact same level of ease. But that depends upon the sophistication of approaches, understanding, etc.
