Not sure if Ive mentioned this on here but my girlfriend and I are going to Brazil for ten days over New Years. Obviously Ive been in touch with cobrastatus about things to see and do but wondering if anyone else has been to Brazil and what you would recommend.
We are spending one day when we arrive in Sao Paolo then on to Florianopolis for three days including the Reveillon party for New Years Eve. Then its on to Iguacu Falls for a day and a half before heading to Salvador for a day (only a day because we needed an extra destination to qualify for a Brazil Airpass which saved hundreds in flight costs). Then we'll be going to Rio for the rest of the trip before flying back home from Sao Paolo.
So any suggestions on sights, activities, museums, restaurants, hotels, beaches, shopping, etc are very very welcome. Thanks in advance!!!
