Re: Boxing Day Football..

How many times have people waltzed past Fabregas on their way to scoring against Arsenal this season?

Re: Boxing Day Football..

Dear Santa,

Can we have Hull 2:0 MU please?

Thanks, Jimmy (hoping he listens to Jews' requests)

Don't know, but I'd still take him.

If only we had that much pace in our team.
[/quote]

We must be the slowest team in the Premiership.

Yep, sign him up! He'll do well to fill Lucas' boots though....

Re: Boxing Day Football..

Well probably the best result we could have hoped for. I'd rather Arse win the PL than Chelsea or United and they are back on course. As far as Villa are concerned then hopefully that thrashing will have damaged their confidence somewhat for us up next.

Re: Boxing Day Football..

Anyone feeling confident about Hull getting a result tonight?

Re: Boxing Day Football..

Hull have really troubled the scum, but they look really dangerous on the counter. Could go either way this one.

Fagan is a prick but I'm glad he scored.

That he certainly is.
It was Danny Guthrie who dealt him some old school "justice" last season wasn't it ?

He was "condemned" and all that, I laughed my titties off.

Because we are skint and our manager bought a crock?

The first three are similar in point 42, 40 & 38+GIH, the second three are similar in points 35, 34 & 32+GIH then there is a gap to us.

That's the most depressing table of the season so far; One of the best title races in years + one of the closest races for fourth in years; and we're not involved in either of them yet.

A good new year period and we'll still get into fourth but the leaders actually look out of sight to me now. Even after a win we're a mile behind.

Re: Boxing Day Football..

As per usual we'll hit a purple patch and go on a run and close the gap to 6 by the end of the year and then wonder "What if?" in regards to all the dropped points before Xmas.
