Not sure around the fairness of how they’ve done the deciding..
maybe some elements have been swayed by ‘important goals’
for me ‘corner taken quickly’ gave me great excitement so I’d tend to go for that .I guess we all have our reasons on how we vote , which doesn’t necessarily make it fair..

Where to start - Torres, Suarez, Salah, Mane, Fowler, Owen, Barnes, Beardsley, Molby…
I mean… there was, imho, better Gerrard goals than those given.
We should make some rules and conditions - start with goals under a certain manager or something?

This is my second choice after Gerrard’s West Ham goal.
Technically, not the greatest goal, although full credit to Divock, because there was nothing easy about it, but it is the genius of thought between TAA and Origi that makes this goal great.
So, it was completely unexpected in character. But, we were thrashing Barca and I fully expected us to score again, so Gerrard’s goal was less expected - he had just been treated for cramp - until it left his foot.

Allison's last minute header will stay with me forever, precisely because it came from him, a goal keeper. To come from at one point 9th to finish 3rd ahead of Chelsea, this despite all our 1st team CBs out injured and our loan signing injured and Ben Davies not good enough to see game time, we bought in Nat and Williams.
God that's a ridiculous selection. Literally just big goals with almost no regard for the actual quality.
The best of them is definitely McDermott's.
But I don't know how you can possibly have a top 10 without a single one from the 5-0 vs Forest. That's just ridiculous. Pretty much every goal in that game was glorious. And not even a single one from that entire season, either!
Anyway, some that stick out to me since I started following us:
- Sterling vs Arsenal 2014
- about 5 Suarez goals vs Norwich lol
- Salah header vs City, from Robbo's cross, 2019
- Salah chip vs City in CL 2nd leg, 2018
- Firmino tap in vs City after brilliant passing move, 2019
- Salah goal vs City at Anfield last season
- ditto for Mane
- Torres vs Chelsea first goal for us
- Gerrard vs Boro
- Riise free kick vs Utd
God it's just endless. Barely even mentioned Suarez or Torres or all the amazing goals from 2014, or Coutinho, Fowler, Owen.
It'd actually be really cool to see a proper top 10 just in terms of quality.

Have to agree this is way up there. Again, I have real spot for the unexpected and this is about the top by that criteria.
