Why aren't we giving the lad a shout? at least from the bench

Played a key role in Wales last two games..

If your going to insist on playing youth, then this fella should be first on the list..

He possesses the technical ability to help unlock a defense..

Hopefully we see him in next game. If he does well then we should play him in the following game. He was outstanding for Wales.

He's barely seventeen years old and I absolutely agree with the careful handling of the lad. His time will come.

He has a natural talent and abilty.. Talent like that should never be held back..

There's Careful handling and there is taking the piss..

His exclusion imho is taking the piss

I used to want us to play Pacheco, Suso, etc. I know desperation when I see it.
Calm down, his time will come.

I think he's fucking boss. I also think the worst thing you could do is throw his arse into this shit right now.

No young player should come into a side with the expectation he is going to rescue it singlehandedly, & that's what would happen, so leave him to develop a while longer, bring him in when we're tearing teams apart & he can get some confidence.

No one is expecting him to rescue any situation.

The point I'm making he shouldn't be excluded.. He is an option we should be using from the bench. He is far to talented to be excluded.

Gerrard, Owen, Fowler, Giggs, Mbappe, Neymar to name but a few.

Remember how we overplayed and ruined Michael Owen? Yeah, that.

He's 17, still growing and very slight. His body isn't up to the demands of regular first team football. Klopps approach to mix him between the youth and first team when appropriate is exactly right.

He doesn't have to come into the side trying to rescue anything, we had a shit game infront of goal yesterday but generally the front three are doing their job. Mane, Firmino and Salah have scored a decent amount of goals between them. This kid could add to that regularly if given a shot. Sturridge is fucked, I don't understand the thinking behind the Ox signing, while Solanke is developing too.

It's probably right that he will start off in the cup games, but it doesn't smack of desperation, the kid is a real talent. I know he's British and that doesn't sit comfortably with a few wankers on here, but anyway. He's got the talent to play.

100% what I'm getting at. Its rare we agree on things, but marky you got that spot on..

The kid is a talent.. And he needs to be played..

Remember when Souness was screamed at from the stands because he wouldn't blood Fowler earlier?

You probably don't.

He's got plenty of time and I'm sure will get minutes in the cup.

The handling of our youths is the last thing Klopp should get flack for.

And he's no Michael Owen.
Nowhere near a Michael Owen, Fowler etc.
People tend to forget that Owen scored 18 goals in his first season in the premiership. 18 fucking goals and he was 18 years old.
Fowler 19 years old 28 goals in the league.
People tend to forget the level of talent they had.

Yup. They were rediculously great.

Yep, they do. I don't think we have anybody that talented in Klopp's first choice first eleven.
