I'm getting married in september and want to at least reduce some of my beer belly. My belly seems to be the only place I put weight on. What's the best way to at least reduce some of it? Running? There's a local swimming pool near me, will that help?
Oh, and before anyone suggests it I'm not gonna stop drinking, so I realise it may be a futile effort. Some exercise is better than none though surely, or am I destined to remain a fat bastard?
