Not a chance.Would anyone keep him?
It's a bit like having that crazy mate, you love hearing stories about what they get up to, but it's a different matter when they're swinging from the ceiling in your own house at 6 in the morning. He needs to go elsewhere so I can enjoy him properly again.

...my head 😉At least your under crackers were still on.
It'll seem a bit odd to him if he's bombed out just when the team starts adapting to suit Benteke, because Mario would have looked much better with such service. It's really just a case of: nope, not adapting for you, Mario, because you're not my choice, but I'll adapt for you, Benteke, because you ARE my choice. He shouldn't have been signed in the first place, but the whole thing's been handled appallingly.
I'm on board with this viewpointI remember one game with Sturridge, followed by long and tiresome boasts about how Balotelli was being made to come back for corners, and then a few matches where the ball was being played up to him for a quick layoff to the midget Sterling, who more often than not wasn't there, followed by long periods on the bench.
Disagree, Rodgers did adapt the team's game to Balotelli. Did you already forget how we played in the beginning of last season?

Yep, that's how I saw it as well.To be fair, Mario was also asked to change his game and work for the team more than he's ever done in the past – that part is true. But I don't think it's fair to accuse Rodgers of not trying to adjust the team's style to Balotelli as well. Basically our counter-attacking game of the season before was all but sacrificed for Mario; we played more crosses into the box, slowed down the passing game and had other player make decoy runs so that Balo could turn with the ball and blast it into the stands from 25 yards. Then near the end of December there was a watershed moment when Rodgers publicly said Balotelli "wasn't suited to our style," we went back to the playing style of the previous season and Mario dropped to the bench. At least that's how I remember it.
