He's also incorporated the really talented youngsters that team pops up (Niguez, Oliver etc)

Yep. If they're not in the running for Guardiola you've got to think they'll go hard for Simeone.

Agreed. Guardiola's earmarked for Citeh IMO so my money's definitely on Simeone.
