Oh and Shelvey is going to be the bollocks for us, I can't understand all the negative posts surrounding him, he looks far more accomplished and capable of stepping up and having that bit of quality than many other young players who've stepped into the first team in recent years.

He's been shite away from home for most of the season though (Fulham and Bolton are probably his only two good away games), he is on form though so I'd be surprised if he doesn't play.

As for four CM's, when Ming is available he seems to more or less interchange with Suarez and Kuyt and is always there in support.

He may well be but I just don't see it at present..There is nothing stand out about him and as I said don't get it..

Hopefully he does turn out to be top class as that will be a great find and add to the team.

As someone pointed out on here today or yesterday, compare him to Lucas when he started... Shelvey has shown much more, yet a few years later and Lucas is possibly our player of the year. People are expecting too much too soon.

Carroll is at least training, though I cant see Maxi and Johnson.
He should start the last match of the season if he's fit enough. I have my reservations about playing 4 cms tbh..
