He excused to the Wolves manager after the game apparently and then predictably claimed he couldn't quite see the incident as the linesman interrupted his view.

Wenger is quite often caught looking at the linesmans arse isn't he?

Did you see Mick McArthy's interview post match? Was gas (as is a lot of the time), he said one of the things he really likes about Cesc is he will come and apologise if he makes a bad tackle. Then he said, "But I've got no problem with tackling, I just wish everybody would stop bitching about us when we make a tackle".

Ithought he acknowledged the tackle as I heard him say that he talked to Cesc about it and Cesc said there no was intention to hurt the player.

Yeah his interview was good after it.

Bad tackle by Cesc and he could have seen red. Same goes for Lee Catermole on Tuesday.
