Anyone watching this shite England game?

Chamberpot was hoping that this game would get Klopp's attention

He's been taken off and was fucking wretched. So pretty standard really

Henderson has also been laughably pedestrian

It's an awful display. Every man and his dog, except Southgate it seems, knows that Oxlade-Chamberlain has hardly played football this season. So he starts for England 🙄

Hart just made a save and then got whacked by Gary Cahill for his troubles

Sterling off. He's been fucking awful too.

The more perplexing question is why the fuck Klopp paid £35m for the useless cunt

Joe Hart has been given MOTM by Glenn Hoddle

Which just about sums it up, really.

Few minutes left of misery.

Harry Kane scores a last minute goal. Great play from Kyle Walker, wonderful cross and Kane scuffs it in

Not really what you could call deserved but anyway

What's the point of AOC in a Liverpool shirt? I mean, what is he? CM, AM winger or what?

I haven't bothered with England qualifiers for a good few years now. I don't particularly like anyone involved, they always play the same godawful Eastern European teams and the games are usually pretty dreadful.

Well, it was the full house last night!

I actually don't mind Harry Kane, seems a decent sort of fellow, and as England teams go, it was actually fairly inoffensive compared to some of the more hateful sides of recent vintage.

Although there was still the likes of Hart, Cahill, Sterling and Walker to despise. Everyone apart from Kane and Hart was pretty ordinary though, Henderson and Sterling were worse, and Chamberpot was appallingly shit

International football only exists for me during tournaments, or if I'm in the pub when there's a match on.

Very occasionally me & the lads will use an England game as an excuse to go the pub, & every single time the game has been utterly turgid & we swear never to watch them again. I stopped watching England under that droppy faced cunt & haven't done so since (tournaments aside).

That game was so dire its unreal. I couldn't watch all of it because it was so awful. Rashford looked England's best player. He was the only one trying to do something. Chamberlain was turgid. What an awful player.

Utter dross.

Caught 5 mins, youve got to be tapped to be paying full whack to watch that let alone on the tele.

How did chamberpot and Hendo do?

Chamberpot was the worst player on the pitch and was hooked early. Truly abysmal. Nobody wanted us to sign him in the first place, but paying £35m for him looks to be one of Klopp's most barmy decisions, and that's saying a lot.

Henderson was....mediocre. Probably even less that that. He was busy enough, but he and Dier offered almost nothing creatively, and Henderson was horribly scrappy and never looked even close to taking any sort of control in midfield.

As I said earlier, Hart and Kane were decent enough, Sterling and Rashford caused problems with their pace and skill, but Sterling in particular just had no end product and apart from one decent shot, didn't do much damage.

As expected then...

The idea that we couldve over spent and got keita/lemar/vvd/anyone but instead spunked that money on Pox ,who had less than 12 months remaining on his contract will never make sense.

No side, certainly not one of the calibre of England or the current Liverpool side will ever prosper with Henderson leading its midfield either, unfortunately.

Working out a way to maximise Kane and Rashfords output and time on the ball whilst minimising the time the other 9 have is Englands only chance of achieving anything above what are now/should b the expectation levels, next summer

Eriksen saved Denmark's arse, again, that was his 7th goal in the qualifiers, and after a long and truly average start of the campaign we are now actually in a pretty decent position.

A win at home in the last game against Romania would see us through to the play-offs where we'd be amongst the seeded teams avoiding the likes of Italy and Portugal.

Sweden, as always, would be a tricky draw however.

Awful tactics and performances. Liverpool players (hendo and the ox) are central to the general shittnes of England.

Endlessly baffling. Buying him at all was shit. Buying for that amount was shit. Buying him for that amount when he would have been free in 12 months is even shitter. Dreadful footballer.

Could he be punishing FSG for failing to get VVD stump up the money?

Lithuania 0 England 1 at half-time. Studio pundits politely refraining from mentioning that England have been playing a pub team for 45 minutes and only managed to score a penalty. 😀

Maybe, that's because England isn't much better than a pub team-- emphasis on team.

How the hell did Harry Winks even make the England squad? He's barely even played for Spurs.

Lad is talented though - i just wonder where he fits into the Spurs set up.

They've got Dier, Sissoko, Dembele, Dele Alli and Wanyama, who can all occupy central midfield positions, some attacking, some defensive, some a bit of both.

Where he fits in is an issue with that many players in the squad, but isn't so much of an issue for England.
