Considering recent comments about Glenn Johnson's performances this season and Kelly's recent first team appearances, do you think there's a chance that Kelly might get a call up from Capello?

Kelly has become a regular in the U21 national team, oddly he's still not in the starting line up.
 
I saw an interview with him the other day and he said he wasn't too fussed about the main team at the moment, but really wanted to go to some under 21 tournament in the summer. I forget which one, Euros maybe?
 
Reason I think there's a chance he'll get called up is because the fullback spot in Cappello's team is pretty much up for grabs. Well at least the back up spot. I mean Carra came out of retirement to back up Johnson in the world cup.

He's just been called up to the u21's again.
 
Although the sign is encouraging, but he has only made 2 starts in the league.

It's too early for him to be considered at the senior squad.
 
With England lacking cover for the right back spot it would be stupid not to consider Kelly.
If he playing for a mid-level team (we're currently 12th...) in the premiership he'd probably be a regular starter.
I think it's down to ability.
I agree that he hasn't exactly played enough games to warrant and England spot but at the same time, he's got much competition nationwide. It's a pity he has to compete with England's starting right back at club level.
 
As soon as this kid starts doing well what does the manager do? fucking replace him with carra at RB...great.

Replace a youngster that did well in order to replace him with a player that is playing out of position, Roy is fucking shit.
