He has a lot of talent but Van Gaal (and Moyes before him) doesn't seem willing to give him a run of games. He'd benefit from a loan spell.

I don't see this talent, when and where has he ever shown it?
 
He's technically very good and he seems to be able to beat players easily. He is also very young. Just my opinion but he obviously has talent. Of course I hope he never gets to realise it or improve. Can't stand him.
 
Saw the picture yesterday on Twitter and laughed out loud. Didnt want to post it as it would probably end in a jinx and he getting a penalty at Anfield.

Yeah I think he's potentially really good, too. He's an absolute menace when running at defenders. That incident last night sums him up a the moment: beats his man for fun, gets into a really dangerous position, then just falls over hoping to con the ref. There was no need for it whatsoever.

You need to coin the term Rodgers Rug Rats.
 
So this great talent has played circa 50 games, scored 4 and assisted 6 times. Yep, you're right great talent and it is shining through...

2 seasons ago in Sterlings first real season when he was 18 had already scored 3 times and had 6 assists and that was all in 35 games...

Let's put this into perspective he ain't that good, why are we raving about someone who is just average. So he is techincally very good but so was Smicer........
 
They don't play a system that suits him. He needs to be an out and out winger there, or at a push a no.10 and they'll give him neither, he'll be offered a wingback slot or nothing really. He might have progressed into something special, but he's knackered now, he needs to leave for the good of his career really.

Shame about the Moyes' Monstrosities
 
I think he is a very good talent but at the wrong club. If he was at Liverpool under Rodgers, I think he would have been considered at the same level as Sterling.
