... and the agenda against Suarez continues

To be fair, Holt did mention Bale diving on Twitter. But he's one of a few.

Ross: give it a rest.

I've seen it said plenty of times about all of the players you mention. Bale in particular was mentioned by Oliver Holt at the weekend for diving and for being worse than Suarez.

If Suarez stops diving and people still moan about then there might be an agenda. If he doesn't and continues to act like a cunt then I don't think we've any right to moan when people point out the obvious.

You didn't really answer my question Sir ... I said: "I also don't remember them being called cheats etc as Suarez has been done now by a few managers and players." When has Bale been called a diver or a cheat by a manager and/or player? That's what is 'new' here imo.

Hi, my name is Ross, I'm so much better than all of you because I slag of Liverpool players which gives me credibility, AS IM NOT BLINDED BY BIAS. Give it a rest, it's getting more tedious than Ryan's I'm sexy and I know it bollocks.

Ryan can't help it, being from NI he has an inherent sexiness that you wouldn't understand.

And again you have a selective memory, a quick google shows this isn't unusual:

Here's a Liverpool manager talking about Drogba:

Vidic talking about Drogba:

Rooney on Drogba:

Mourinho on a few players, including his own Drogba:

‘I am no longer Chelsea coach, and I do not have to defend them any more, but I think it is correct if I say Drogba is a diver.
‘Drogba, Ronaldo, Torres and van Persie are the divers. Who dives more? Who has won more penalties in recent years? But English football is the one that criticises the divers the most.

But whatever, lets just pretend there's an agenda against the worst finisher in the Premier League because teams fear the massive part he's played in our barely better than relegation form for the last year. And lets not acknowledge that he's called a dive and a cheat because he dives and cheats.

Drogba was hated, eh? Kind fits the Fergie "Only foreigners dive" statement ... Is there anything on Bale? How about Ashley Young (bar the manager after the two games where he did dive)? Danny Wellbeck? Steven Gerrard? Andy Johnson? Did any senior member of FIFA come out against them? Just wondering ...

As for the last paragraph, I won't respond to that directly. I've not said he doesn't dive or cheat. If you want to imply I did to suit your argument, go ahead.

I'm not going to bother compiling a dossier on every player who has ever dived. I've showed you Suarez's situation is not unique.

You're alleging there's a bias against Suarez, when people are simply calling a spade a spade.

How about you find a few on Bale? or Ashley Young? Two big time Brits, who as per Ferguson never dive. That should end the debate in your favor 100%.

Ferguson acknowledge Ashely Young dives, and said he'd have a word with him. I've found you one already on Bale, google can do the rest for you.

The debate is settled. You read what you want to read.

Ferguson is his manager. Who else? Wellbeck?

Link to Bale article please - was he called a 'cheat' too? Or accused of diving?

I can't read what I want to read if you don't link it!

This is a pointless and stupid debate.

Of course there is evidence that other divers get mentioned in the press. That proves nothing.

The issue is that whilst others get the odd mention here and there Suarez is getting battered from all angles almost daily and most importantly isn't getting the decisions he should. That doesn't seem to be a problem for Young, Welbeck, Bale et al.

I couldn't care less if everyone hated Suarez and we were getting pens every other game. That's why Ferguson offers some pathetic platitudes to the press and pretend he's all about the decency in the game - he's getting the decisions and the points and that's all he really cares about. The same would apply to any other manager for what it's worth so it's not so it's not all about Ferguson.

Ross is right though. Suarez is damaged goods in England right now and he needs to recognize that and cut out the bullshit for his sake and ours.

.

That's what I was trying to say ... Thank you.

The double standards start at the very top. There's usually an agenda against Liverpool and there's plenty who are gloating at how far we have fallen from grace. So there's hardly anything said in the media that genuinely surprises me anymore.

Didi Hamann@DietmarHamann
Koscielny calling Suarez a cheat I hope FA take a firm stance at some point how do we expect respect from the fans if players dont

Didi Hamann@DietmarHamann
That's got nothing to do with Suarez by the way ...managers and players should not be talking derogatory about opposing players

Didi Hamann@DietmarHamann
If the FA thinks they have to take action against Suarez they will do ... not down to Pulis and Koscielny putting more oil in the fire

I don't think there is an agenda. There are always people ready to gloat at others misfortunes. It's always been the same.

It's for Liverpool FC to fix, win games and all the negativity fades into the background. It becomes very difficult to criticise if you are winning.

As for Suarez, he needs to realise that his current methods for getting decisions isn't working and he needs to be better behaved or more subtle. His Manager should be telling him that anyway as ultimately it's the team that suffers from poor or biased decision making.

There is some truth in the accusation of 'always the victim' in the context of Suarez' treatment. We should shut up and put up, start winning and the critics will be silenced.

We'd get 30-40 million easy if we want to sell him - but we won't. He's our best player, and there's a reason everyone wants him out of the league - they're scared shitless of him, and how good he'll be when we put a proper goalscorer near him.
Every top team in the world would be after him. Chelsea would be first in line imo.

How can the cunt talk about Suarez 'cheating' and then talk glowingly about Drogba? You fucking cunt.

What is the club doing about this? Phoning the local farm to order some shit to post through this Arsenal wankers letterbox? And he is a rubbish footballer.

Jexy: I don't agree. Look at the stuff from that FIFA Vice-President. Look at that garbage from Koscielny. Yes, we have to get on with winning, but at the same time we need to be much tougher in responding to this rubbish. Keeping schtumm about it has got us 100% of bugger all so far.

It's a difficult one for sure. When we made a fuss in the wake of the Suarez racism decision we were vilified. So I think you have to be very sure of your ground and support before 'responding'.

Personally I think actions speak louder than words and nothing would be louder than for us to return to winning ways and for Suarez to be recognized for the genius that he is at Football.
