For all the claims Arsenal have been this year they are pretty much on par with last season.
Why though? We keep winning as well and we've had a harder fixture list
Add in the fact this year they've got proper European football, it's not going to be as easy for them as last year
Thursday night footy will ruin us if the Xmas fixture list congestion doesn’t.

Arsenal are a better team than last year even if the points total currently is on track as they had a fantastic start last season. As predicted, Rice has been terrific and you can see his leadership comong through even if he isn’t the captain. His fee is questioned but you can see what that £110m is worth to a club like Arsenal.
What did we expect? We wanted other clubs to pose a City a challenge and over the course of season, it’s better for the league. There is genuine quality in league in the top 7, even if the PL clubs in CL aren’t as good as we normally have in the case of both Uniteds.
