sorry if theres already a thread about him somewhere, i couldnt be arsed looking, reports from france say he's close to signing for us, havnt got a decent source yet but il look into where its come from. better than enrique? i havnt seen much of him tbh
 
Price being touted when Arsenal and Citeh were linked was £20m+. Would we spend that much (again) on a full back? Seems unlikely.
 
I looked him up on Wiki, but stopped reading when I saw the word "Senegalese"
 
should probably take the links with a pinch of salt, probably an easy time to start a rumour after the 'flurry' of activity yesterday

Never seen him play but the from what I've read about him the general consensus is that he's a good player and that he's off to Le Arse.
 
He's a good solid LB, physically very strong, but I must admit I've never quite seen why he's SO highly rated on here. I certainly don't think he's worth 20m.

Because he's not British Bunny. He's nowhere near worth £20m I'd agree. £10m more like.
 
I thought he only had 1 year left on his contract?

If so, good pick-up for 8m or so.

France Football has now added that Lyon wants us to pay just over 10 mill euros for him. He has aaperantly fallen out with the fans, club and manager.. Still, top top player.

It was probably that game against Utd in the CL. I've not seen him at all since then - just go on what people say.
 
I've only seen him a couple of times but was impressed each time and thought he was the type of player we needed, certainly a step up on Enrique, Izaguirre, Aurelio etc.

He is an outstanding choice, given the options currently being discussed.

Big, physical, strong defender.

I'd be ecstatic if we signed him.

I'm excited about having a player called Cissoko back in Red..I'm EVEN more excited about having a French Senegalese player in Red...whoop.
