Of a weekend I'm a mechanic for a kart race team. My driver, despite us winning 4 of the 7 race meetings, is 12kg over the min racing weight. More weight = slower lap times and people are catching us up because of the weight.
I made a little bet with him with regards to the flubber. Whoever loses the most in a month wins, it's only £10 bet, but for the sake of winning races it means a lot more.
My problem though is beer, I drink far too much of it! When I walk in my local I don't get asked what I want, I get how many pints.
I'm not going to go tee total because I enjoy getting drunk and I'm not going to sit there drinking non-alcoholic drinks because most of them have more calories than a pint.
What can I drink that'll get me drunk but help me lose some of the gut?
