Woke up this morning with a huge amount of optimism about this game.
I know a big win will just mask some deeper problems, but fuck all that shit. I want to see gerrard score and smile again. I want to see Torres terrorise Craddock and Berra. I want to Aquilani get on the ball and pass (it forward) and move like a good CM should.
We're gonna batter these cunts today.

Liverpool vs Wolves
This has been posted elsewhere as being the likely line-ups for both teams in this next in a long line of crucial encounters for us. It seems that Xmas aside most forumites have become more than depressed, becoming blase even, towards our plight - I'm sure that will change as kick-off time approaches.
Personally I will be hoping that Aurelio is fit for LB slot. However with 2 games in 3 days and the next crucial match at Villa next up then Insua may well get the nod.

Id swap Gerrard and Aquilani round. We really need to attack better as a unit in the second half against Arse and in particular against Portsmouth it was often Gerrard getting the ball with nothing in front of him to pass to, or Torres receiving the ball with no support whatsoever!

Not happy if thats the team. We are at home and will have loads of the ball. So why the fuck are we starting two left backs against utter shite?? We are Liverpool for fuck sake, put an attacking team out and let them worry about us. If Insua can't play without being protected then don't play him because hes obviously not good enough.

I don't see it quite that way. Aurelio's defending has been poor this season but his use of the ball has been reasonably good, so I'd far sooner see him at LM than Yossi, whose effectiveness is definitely reduced when he plays on that side.
I'd go with your scoreline though. Scorers: Aquilani and a free kick from Aurelio. 😛
