Info from a Manc friend and dunno how reliable it is:

They agreed to pay 16 million for both of them. Ljajic was supposed to move at the end of the year, thats when the money would be transferred. In return for the deal, the Mancs will pay a part of Ljajic's salary. It is almost like a loan deal.

All these transfers haven't proven too costly yet, but they might if the Glazers continue to tighten the purse strings.
