A keeper named Olsen..

Joe Hart would be an option in the summer. He has won titles, is usually a top shot-stopper bar the odd well-publicised rick and has a big, big point to prove.

He's 30 in April so in his prime as a keeper, is a big guy at 6'5 and will have hunger in his belly.

There's no doubt a few who will look down their noses at Hart but he's way better than any of our current crop and would bring experience and leadership, plus he wouldn't cost much.

Very good shot-stopper and obviously a massive unit, so good under high balls, but Forster is fucking hopeless with the ball at his feet; horrible kicking.

Forster had some issues with high balls and crossing aswell, even though he's big as a house. He seems as a GK with very limited technical skills in all areas.
Fantastic shot stopper mind.

I'd rather go fo for Butland if we're looking at GKS in the Premiership.

I think you mean, there isnt a keeper in the World that wouldnt turn to shite while Achterberg is in charge.

No. Karius is better. I was relieved when we got him and not Horn.
The German lads on RC seem to think there is not much in it. Karius far better distribution whilst Horn is bigger & stronger and so better at taking crosses. They said these were the best two keepers behind Neuer.

Only Atl. Madrid and Oblak (For 7 Against 2) equaled FC Copenhagen and Olsen's defensive record in the Champions League group stages (7-2 as well).

I am not saying he's the bees knees or anything but he's certainly not horrible in any way and he is heading for the Premiership sometime soon.. seeing as Everton has been linked with two FC Copenhagen players within a week (Delaney and Ludwig Augustinsson), they are probably also among the clubs chasing Olsen.

PS @Modo Ludwig was pretty awesome last night..

There's no way we're going to get a keeper in January. Maybe in the summer if Klopp goes big money on the position and keeps Karius as number 2 but I can't see that happening for another 18 months.

From what I've seen in the past Karius is the better shotstopper. I've seen Horn be a bit slow getting down to low shots now and then. There's also been a question about his attitude at times.

Really?

I thought Leno was up there. And I still rate ter stegen

Or we could try the Eredivisie. Current leaders Feyenoord. Anyone ever seen this Brad Jones play?

That's what they reckon and there seems to be a consensus.

They seem to think he's just taking time to settle. Young lad new country and all that.
I think that's what Klopp sees too. He's seems convinced Karius is the real deal.

Didn't Karius spend years in Manchester? Not that much of a new country.
