2013 F1 Thread

possibly.

hamilton would have beend good throughout the schumacher era then when the races where essentially three sprints

Vettel is quick, but I've not included him as I don't think if he and the other 3 were racing in identical cars, he'd be anywhere near them.
Hamilton, Alonso and Kimi have all won or been there abouts in absolute bangers. Vettel has won and been there abouts in by far the best car, that's not his fault obviously, but for me, he's not done it in a banger.

i dont like Vettel much but you dont win three tittles without being very very good. Yes its been the best car but often the best driver ends up in the best car.

I don't think there's many drivers in F1 (apart from maybe Grosjean) that couldn't win back to back titles in that redbull 😉

Webber is not a bad driver at all...Vettel is better. But the gap is made to look bigger than it would be if they went in a fair fight.

I think Rosberg is under rated. I won't be surprised at all to see him match Hamilton on pure speed, but race craft is a whole different thing....i don't think he has that bit.

The tyres are an utter piss take this season, it's ruining it. But, to be fair to Pirelli, they're only doing what they've been told to do by bernie - make the tyres shit as otherwise there'll be no overtaking in F1.

Is it worth catching a race live? Thinking about watching the Singapore race live.
Oh yeah, but you need to find a good spot or pay the extra and sit in the Grandstands. I was at the hairpin in Montreal, saw the cars braking hard to get into the turn the accelerate out. Very loud.
