(Thierry is scheduled to remain with Arsenal on loan throughout January and into February, when he will rejoin his New York Red Bulls team-mates in preparation for the new MLS season, which kicks off on March 10.)

Marco Reus to Dortmund. Fuck!

Goetze on the move perhaps?

Napoli continue to pick up excellent and promising South Americans for reasonable prices. Very frustrating.

makes you wonder where the fuck our scouts are looking ...but guess not just us , very few in england manage to get young good south american talent until they've already moved to europe .

Like look at porto , benfica etc ...now i know there are the obvious portugese links to south america but how do they always get the best south american players cheap, build them up and then sell for insane amounts a few seasons later ..surely we (and others) could get them before and develop them ourselves ...or loan them to spanish or portugese teams for experience .

Robbie Keane gone to Villa.

He must be gutted not to be playing for his boyhood club for the first time in his career

It's easier to get permits in Portugal and Spain than it is in England. I think they have to be represented at international level a certain amount of times or hold a European passport, otherwise it's pretty tricky.

Isn't dszudzak meant to be a bit goods?

Weren't we linked in the summer?

He made a big money moved to Anzhi from PSV not long ago. Anzhi apparently cutting down costs.

Gibson is one of the worst midfielders ever

He looked and sounded gutted at the press conference. Funniest thing on TV yesterday.

Fuck, Rooney really hates the Bitters now.

New Everton signing Darron Gibson has revealed he was convinced to move to Goodison Park by former Manchester United team-mate Wayne Rooney.

Gary Cahill - Chelsea

Yay !

I have to say the Cahill thing surprises me. Doesn't Boas like a high-line? I thought Cahill was repeatedly caught out this season when Coyle tried the same thing.

I wonder. At his best Cahill is a very good player. He made one of the most assured debuts I can remember from an England centre-back, and I don't set too much store by his dip in form at Bolton, a struggling side in which he's been under constant pressure to play opposing teams almost single-handed. The biggest question for me is whether Abramovich will continue to back Feather Boa, financially and otherwise, while he remodels the Chavs' style into the way he wants it, because I don't think that'll succeed without further investment, but I certainly wouldn't write Cahill off yet awhile.
