I'm still not too convinced by Gimenez.
Towards the end of last season, he went on a goal scoring spree of 11 goals during Feyenoord's 13 league games winning streak.
This season, since last Nov, he scored 9 (from xG 14.1) in 24 appearances in all competitions - inc. 5 with xG 0.0.
He’s got Spurs signing written all over him.
Avoid.
Ouch. A lot of money for a player with a decent at best G+A to game ratio. I watched him in both games against Madrid and he had 6-7 big chances to score and didn’t.
Just go for his partner Openda.
Why do you say that? anyone half decent has €100m price tag these days.Christ, just give the man the whole circle why don’t you.
Having a cracking season and Leipzig may not ask as much for him.

I should have caveated my statement... Any PL club looking for a known performing talent will be asked to pay €100m from a German club. Sesko is cheaper and I think is more suited to the PLRight......
Well that's us fucked then, can't see us ever signing a half decent player again in that case.
So thats a no for openda
Try hard Scousers after every failed Trent tackle in the box. "Ar ey. Nopenda lad"Nopenda.
I think he should be as well. Has everything in his locker to succeed.
Yeah… it’s up to him to earn a place.
I think the problem will be that he doesn’t fit the profile of player that Slot prefers in the central role - but he could offer something from the left or, he really does become the “Expensive Origi” option from the bench.
I was talking about Sesko in all honesty
How does signing Sesko help Hojlunde develop? Aren't they the same type of forward? I.e. The ones that will be starved of service in a system like United 's??
All his goals this season up till 16 Apr (i.e. missing 3 goals - vs. Sheff Utd in Apr and Burnley in May)
