The issue in the CSS is that the classes .globalFixedWidth and .pageWidthDefault are setting fixed widths with !important. That's overriding the working behaviour of body .pageWidth { width: auto; }.
I use zoom 150% in chrome when browsing the site but still get the issue on mobile.
Ah.. I know what it is..
disable the fixed width toggle, icon residing next to the theme chooser in the footer
