Gonna be great the first time a player gets sent off for 2 yellows for perceived time wasting as you can bet your bottom dollar that's all that'll get spoken about until the next game comes around when what should be talked about was the 4-0 win and performance or whatever.

See that's the problem, football is fast becoming a game no one actually wants to speak about the football.....just the controversies that's inevitably gonna surround the game.
They've been told to clamp down on time wasting. It's hardly a new thing.

Also, the goal kicks and throw ins were a joke after Arsenal scored until the yellow card.

Everyone could see that they were time wasting, it was the one thing Coote did right in that game. Otherwise it'd have gone to about the 115th minute the way Arsenal were playing the system.

Not a new thing no but they’ve clearly introduced a new system to brandish yellows at every given opportunity to what’s deemed as time wasting. Adding the time on at the end is sufficient enough. Handing out 2-3 yellows a game for kicking a ball away 2 yards while a player picks up a yellow for going studs into Gakpo’s chest (like Mings last season) in the same game, how can those incidents justify having the same penalties?
