Adrian: his ability to return a short pass is very dodgy, so we now pass back to him so he can kick the ball long, which he's shown he can't do with any accuracy at all. Best avoid passing to him whenever possible.

Team has started completely flat.
GK had an idiotic brainfart, costing us a goal.
We've been solid since, and we really should have equalized but our #9 doesn't score often.
 
Firmino with a fully expected miss. It wasn’t a pen for me.

preseason I wanted a back up left back, another body for midfield, a better back up option for our front three AND A BETTER 2ND CHOICE KEEPER.

That is why.

It is best just keeping the ball away from that third of the pitch.
