Title: Can United end Liverpool's season?

Hi George Liverpool are in crisis, United scent blood - who'll blink
first? A wounded animal is a dangerous animal, and Liverpool are potent
at home – only Arsenal have scored more – but United have the league’s
best away defence and a great Premier League record at Anfield, where
they’ve won nine to Liverpool’s five. Liverpool’s win at Anfield last
year was their first against United since 2001, and they also won at Old
Trafford, a score United will be keen to settle...
This fixture traditionally produces a result
etc etc etc

Being a Liverpool Football Club season ticket holder for over thirty
years,
I don't think it is unreasonable to get slightly upset when a company I
give
business to (and access to my email) drops a mail in my in-box relating
to
Liverpool's season being ended by our fiercest rivals.
I think your marketing people want a rocket.
I think that is tactless in the extreme and far from admonishing me, as
well
as being extremely patronising for sending an "abusive message" , which
in
the UK in 2009 would not normally be regarded as such ,I should be
receiving
an apology.
I could not care less if you barred me from your email service that as
you
well know is entirely for your benefit, not mine.
Unless I receive an apology including some form of ex-gratia offering. I

will be asking you not to pester me again with emails. I will close my
on
line account and never frequent a Ladbrokes shop again (which
incidentally I
do more regularly than on-line). William Hill will benefit from my
singular
lack of judgement.
Please feel free to pass this on to anyone in your company that might
understand how I feel, I suggest a Liverpool supporter

kindest regards George
