Favourite Liverpool players ever?

Past or present

Gerrard and Virgil.

3rd maybe Alisson. Feels good to have a world class keeper.
Johnny, Robbie, Stevie and Sadio

Used to like a guy whose surname starts with "Mc" and ends with "man" and I think "money" is in there too.

Ian St John -> Keegan - > Dalglish - > Berger -> Gerrard -> Torres -> Virgil

Carra removed since he annoys me being a pundit

Sami. We'd been without a decent centre half for years. I was at a pre-season friendly, a high ball came in to the box and this blonde head rose a good foot higher than anyone else and cleared it out, almost as far as the half-way line. He was what we'd been missing for ages. It was love at first sight.

That’s a good shout - Jan Molby (Pen) was another.

His Caledonian Majesty King Kenneth Mathieson Dalglish.

Special award to Big Divock for all those vital clutch goals. If that animal Funes Mori hadn't crocked him in the derby there's no telling how good Divock could have gone on to be.

Ronnie Whelan.

A northside Dub, who captained Liverpool...? C'mon - Who else could it be? He's why I played midfield (badly) and always wore 5.

Also loved Jockey Hansen, Digger, Steve Nicol, Big Jan, the original Macca, Rushie and, of course, the King from my childhood days. Stevie and Carra carried me through the barren, middle-years, with a brief appearance from Mascher, and now in recent years, I fell in love with Milly, Ali, Sadio, Bobby and Hendo (until he sold his soul).

My love for Jurgen has superseded my love for any individual player over these past ten years, though... Without him, we're still back in the mid-table obscurity he rescued us from. He's our generation's Shankly. He's a god.

But Ronnie will always be my first true love.

None.

I hate everybody.

Actually maybe Ali and Matip.

Oh and Sadio and Crouchie.

Yeah, those 4. Pepe was a bit of a don too.
