Barca humiliated yesterday - yup, end of their dynasty.

Today:
Porto up 2-0 on Juve ... Crazy scoreline.

Dortmund, after going down early to a Suso, are up 3-0.
Haaland with a double.
 
Barca need to rebuild without Messi it's gonna take 2 years at least

Wonder where to Coutinho is off to next

In some ways they've been trying to rebuild for the last few years. They've just failed miserably.

Their finances are fucked and they're not going to be able to buy their way out of their current malaise.

It's hard to see them re-establishing themselves as the team in Europe for some time unless they somehow hit the jackpot again with another group of players (bought or homegrown).

With Madrid, they'll forever have the pick of the bunch when it comes to youth talent in Spain.

However, it's hard to see them ever getting another player like Messi again.

At least not for another 20 years.

Thankfully like you said, their finances are fcuked and they can't poach one of our best players (save Gini).
 
Have to admire Juve. They showed their European experience and composure. Stayed calm. Got an away goal. Tie now looking in their favour.

1-0 win at home, sees them through.

And Italian sides do like a 1-0.
 
I'd fancy us against Dortmund. They've been struggling in the league, same with Juve.

That's depending on us getting a defender or 2 back.
