That’s the point - City can’t get them. City will have to get one of Real, Barca, PSG, Juve, Dortmund or Sevilla.

Aren't Inter in a similar pickle? Having to sell players to balance the books? At least a couple of their best will be on their way. Which really just leaves AM and BM to avoid.

I think there’s a few teams like that and a few big clubs that might not have as much cash as normal to through about.
