FFS. Are there things we need to put right? Yes. Is it the end of the world as some of you lot seem to think (using that term VERY loosely)? Is it f'ck. Get A Grip, preferably not on your todgers.
If you're hoping they'll get a grip on reality you are sorely misjudging them. Getting a grip on their todgers is the best they can do.

I think we should (with exception of Hugo) just play the side of last year and make the new signings force their way in
Well two issues with that :

1. Macca, Mo. & Konate are the worst of the lot.

2. How do you force your way in from the bench? I'd assume the team is picked partly from how they are performing in training.

Your first point highlighted why we struggled today.

Three huge players for us last season. Not turning up this season. In fact, hugely underperforming

Who would've thought at the start of the season we'd play a back 4 that contains Gravenberch & Szobozslai?

That just sums it all up for me with regards Slot. It's clueless stuff.

He's got 2 right backs he doesn't seem to trust now. It would handy for Bradley & Frimpong if they got a bit of help at times from the attacker ahead of them but no, a stinking the place out Salah must be indulged.

MacAllister is broken so don't play him. It's a sad sight to see but you have to be ruthless, it's a bit like watching Fabinho at the end.

Fuck Gakpo off for anyone of Rio, Chiesa or Ekitike. Same for Salah.

Curtis Jones needs to be playing & when that's what you think you know we're in trouble.

The guy’s fucking clueless, been winging it since he got here.

His football is shit and he puts me to sleep whenever he opens his mouth
His attitude towards players are shit
He has next to no motivation skills
& he refuses to sub that fucking lazy fraud we have playing on the right.

Last season at times I'd wonder if he really knows what he's doing because of the many average/poor performances especially around the League Cup Final/PSG. You let those thoughts slide because of results & us pissing the league.

It's becoming clear now that he doesn't really know what he's doing & lucked out last season for a number of reasons.

45 Premier League games he's had & we've had about 6 genuinely good performances in all those games. Every game is such hard work which is on him. We even made a meal out of both Southampton games last season, one of the worst ever Premier League teams.

He's neither lazy, or a fraud, he's just too old.

He "lucked out" to win the league. Right

Time will tell. We'll see if he can win another one.

The reasons why I think he lucked out was the very kind fixture list to the start of the season, timing his first season with Salah's last hurrah, City's surprise collapse & Arsenals shit injury ravaged season.

Things most certainly went for us last season & we absolutely deserved it after being fucking robbed by those cheats for years. Of course it's not all luck but it looks to me like the stars aligned rather than him being great.

I'd love to be wrong but the eyes don't deceive do they? We've lucked out this season too, if we were on 8 or 9 points we couldn't complain.

As ever, the truth is the middle. He's clearly a decent manager but probably didn't deserve every single accolade he received in guiding a Klopp team to a title when City collapsed and Arsenal were a) being Arsenal and b) had injuries to key players. Criticisms is often over the top in football, but the same is true of plaudits at times. The narrative is always sensationalised bollocks.

Anyway, hiring a coach who had only played and managed in Holland wasn't ever going to be all plain sailing and trophies. The true test of any coach is kicking a side back into form from a slump be it with motivation or tactical changes, so let's see what's he's made of.

The general consensus when Klopp was leaving was that any manager taking over would have his work cut out trying to follow Jurgen.

Apparently that was wrong. Winning the Premier League isn't that hard when you inherit a good team.
