P.S. He's looked good anytime i've seen him play (i.e. handful of times). Strong runner with the ball. Rurik will fill us in.

We've been linked with him loads, Modo was a massive fan boy, he's very direct and scores goals.

Time to revive my song from last time.

Yar, Yar, Yarmolenk,
Yarmolenko.
Merrily, Merrily, Merrily, Merrily,
Scoring lots of goals.

I liked Konoplyanka more when I saw them both, but my friends say Yarmolenko got better last year, while Konoplyanka kind of stagnated. I didn't really watch Ukrainian league last year (only saw one game between Dnipro and Dynamo where they both played); when the country is at war it's kind of hard to care about football.

I would be happy to see Yarmo at LFC, of course. He is definitely athletic enough for British game.

Not another Riera I Hope.

We need another Sterling.

We've got other players like Sterling though, we've got Ibe anyway. We could do with just spending the money on a player who's closer to the finished product. I'm not sure blowing it on a player who's relatively one footed is such a good thing. We're fairly fluid in the way we play and I think we saw with Moreno (for example) how that hindered us.

Good player. He's always struck me as a slightly agricultural (less talented?) version of Robben.
