Think the appointment as head coach is a suitable one for him. They've got a highly rated DOF so he's basically gotta get back to doing what served him well at Fulham.

It's probably the right team for him. He'll get them organised, two rigid banks of four, hard to break down, and try to nick enough 1-0 wins and draws to survive.

I don't wish him well as I thought he showed a distinct lack of class and self-awareness whilst at Anfield.

Shows that we know fuck all about football though, quite a few of us wouldn't have minded Di Matteo to replace Hodgson.

He and WBA are a good fit. His steady hand and back to basics methods are what they need.
