Mourinho really hammered him in the media again - there is no way he's going to be with them next year.

He's 21 ... was playing really well for Van Gaal before his leg break ... and he's just not been able to earn Mourniho's trust.

Though his likely destination is Spurs (who will get him and get a sweet profit from moving Rose... strong City rumors), I think we should make a move on him.

He's a solid defender, good attacking player too and has time on his side (not to mention a chip on his shoulder to prove Mourinho wrong) ...

Worth going for him? Or no chance because he's a Manc?

Depends on the fee involved, I think hes a good full back and he would suit Klopps attacking instincts but they will want something close to the 30 million they paid for him and we are not going to go anywhere near that for a full back that cant get a game at Utd

I dont think he ever looked great for utd, so ignoring the facts that hes both a Utd player and would cost alot, no thanks.

Is he a solid defender ?

Or are you referring to his weight issues ?

Ha ... Nah, he is an above average defender imo ... I think he has the potential - if he stays healthy and starts playing - to easily be at Rose's level (who's considered the top LB in the country).

Is he only 21? Crazy given it was 3 years ago he had his storming season at Saints that got him in the England side. I can't see United selling to us however...

He was among their best players last year until he broke his leg ...
Assuming i agree with your assessment , which i dont, that wouldve been During a very poor period for the club, hardly a shining endorsement ..

Man U didn't even allow us to get fucking Heinze, why would they let Shaw join us?

Poor wrt results/football quality, but defensively, they were fine under Van Gaal ...
I don't think there's a problem buying from a club having a 'poor period' ... Probably a good time to get buy at a deflated rate.

He played 5 teams last season, 16 times the season prior to that and what 10 times or so this season in the league...

He hasn't had anything close to a full season in four years

No!

Van Gaal criticised Shaw
Mourinho criticised Shaw

That's 2 managers who have effectively said the same thing. Regardless of injuries, both managers saw fit to publicly criticise a player.

For that reason, I'm out.

4 successive managers have called the fat cunt "unfit". That exact word.

What the fuck would we want to do with that? He's a pub footballer.

After his injury, “It is awful. This is a boy who comes to Manchester at the age of 18, finds it very difficult in his first season and then plays fantastically. Then this happens to him."

But your point is valid (as is Ryan's above)

Massive no thanks, if Mourinho can't motivate him I don't think Klopp can.

He looks like lost cause and never really impressed me that much defensely

Asked what Shaw needs to do to get on the bench, Mourinho said: "Who? Luke Shaw? It's difficult for him to be on the bench. Because I cannot compare him with Ashley Young, with [Matteo] Darmian, with [Daley] Blind. I cannot compare the way he trains, the way he way he commits, the focus, the ambition. I cannot compare. He is a long way behind.''

Reasons not to:

1. he's reportedly lazy
2. they'd never sell to us
3. it would be silly money and wages for potential
4. he's a manc
5. err.. all of the above.

If he cant be compared to Ashley fucking Young, then I'd stay weeeeeeeell clear.

He looked so promising in his last season for Soton before moving to Utd, but some alarm bells should have started ringing when he turned up looking like a fat cunt when pre season was about to start.

We need a left back who can defend, and seeing as being fit or defending aren't exactly things he's known for - I'm out.

That was why I posted ... Mourinho tried to ship out Darmian in the summer! So it just seems odd ... I think if he goes to Spurs, he'll be excellent.

Luke Shaw? You have to be kidding. He's a shadow of the player he was before his leg break. He's reportedly got a shite attitude, he's clearly a fat manc cunt. Let fucking Spurs have the useless chancer.

I'm out

This for starters.
Since we've not sold to them or them to us since 1964 I'd say this is as likely as Maureen developing some humility or common decency.
This for seconds.

Players just don't move between the two clubs.

Plus, he doesn't seem to have the right attitude before or or after his injury.

I'm surprised at you @LeTallecWiz
