Working in Liverpool tomorrow

Folks I have to be in Liverpool city centre by 10:30am latest, Starbucks I think to meet some colleagues before going to customer presentation.

Never driven up on a weekday morning before, sat nav says 197 miles from mine, 3.5 hours.

Any tips on driving up at that time?

How much contingency to give myself?

Hopefully I will have time to go to the club shop, bet the place is buzzing ;D
