He's been unemployed for a year and a half now and it's not he's been having too many other offers. Anyway, nothing to lose here - if he saves them from the drop he'll get full credit for doing it, and if they do go down, well the odds were always against him.
Does Harry Redknapp help improve teams or just manages to improve fortunes for short periods but leaves that in a right hole long term??..
Southampton and Pompy have felt the Redknapp effect and i can only hope Tottenham will be next to fall into a doomy pit with their squad of players from smallest and remote areas of Africa and the countries previously owned by the French.
Redknapp is decent when he's got a lot of money to play with.
He got a lot of credit for keeping Pompey up a few seasons ago, but I'm sure that the other managers might have had a fighting chance as well were they allowed to spend 20M+ in Jan.
