I'm doing an event to raise some money for charity. It isn't the most arduous event (although i'm unfit so lots of training to do in order to finish in a good time) but it is a great cause. If anyone would like to help further my motivation for the event, see the link below. A couple of friends have offered to double their donation if I go sub 6 hours so there is now the danger that i will blow my beans part way around trying to keep up a good pace!
