Ok so to counter the Spurs thread.
I really like Wigan. I like the chairman, I like how he trusts his managers. I like Martinez and the way he tries to play. Its a shame they havnt had the finances to keep N'zogbia and Valencia etc as its always going to be a struggle for them to survive.
I just heard a quote from James McCarthy about relegation and it was basically along the lines of:
'We're not just fighting for us, were fighting for peoples livelyhood. If we got relegated theres people here who would have to lose their jobs as we are financed as a premier league club. We fight so that doesnt happen to them, not just the players'
Thats the kind of spirit a community club should have.
