Oxford University Student union have requested that students use gender-neutral pronouns like "ze and hir" rather than he and she.
According to Oxford University’s behaviour code, repeated use of the wrong pronoun to define a transgender person is an offence.
It states behaviour which “may amount to harassment” includes “deliberately using the wrong name or pronoun in relation to a transgender person, or persistently referring to their gender identity history”.
So I'd suggest you familiarise yourself with these, and start using them or you will be labelled transphobic or something.
