Whether you started supporting us in the 60s, 70s or 80s could you of imagined that other clubs in the english league would have the chance to take our top players off us and there is nothing we can do about it.

What the fuck has happened, is this the start of things to come in the future?

Torres, Masher, Reina and Stevie all being chased by clubs and we may have to sell some of them, they are our 4 best players FFS without them we are mid table team if that.

4 or 5 other english clubs could have more chance of success than us in years to come and give any top Liverpool player food for thought.

We simply have to get back in the CL next year or we are screwed.

Forgive me for being pedantic but ... I would never of (sic) imagined anything, I guess I could have imagined a number of things, but none of them would have included "of" being a verb .... which is even more unrealistic than Reina joining Arsenal.

The Chavs and City are the two richest teams in the World, they both happen to be in England - and they both are able to spend ludicrous sums of money on their targets.

Asides from Real and possibly Barca, no one can stump up the cash that's been bandied about for our players.

my point exactly, going abroad has always been an option for any English teams top players espeically the foreign ones.

Now we face selling our best players to english clubs, it should never have/of (fuckwit Tom 😛) got to this stage

The point is most if not all of our previous sales to other english clubs are when we wanted to offload them, they were either getting past it or way off form/not 1st team.

We do not want to sell Reina, Torres, Stevie or masher that is the difference, times have changed dramatically for us.
