So ive always been a big fan of the burger as you all know. Always on the lookout for ground beef perfection.
Ive never been a steak fan, always seems a lot of money for a piece of meat with no bun, cheese, bacon etc.
Ive probably had about 4 steaks in my whole life. Recently all that changed.
I purchased a fresh carved Sirloin from the butcher inch thick straight off the cow. (Basically because I had seen a cooking programme and this steak looked fucking banging)
Seared it 2 mins each side and simply sliced it with some horseradish.
I swear to god it blew me away, it was heaven. Since then I have been questing on the perfect steak.
So questions.
Do you like steak? Any cut in particular? Where does a great steak? How do you have your steak? Steak steak steak, Steaky steaky steak!!
