Definitely possible - he just needs some money to strengthen the squad.

When I saw them earlier in the season they looked a team of championship journeymen, nowhere near as good as Bournemouth or Watford when they went up. They bought players with championship experience to get them up and to keep them up they'll need to replace them with Premiership players. That will cost some serious money.

They made a profit on transfers last season - I'm sure they'll spend a reasonable amount.
